The villa is situated in the gated community of Sierra Del Mar which is just a short 12-minute drive South of Old Town Vallarta on the highway to Mismaloya, just past Garza Blanca Resort, a few blocks uphill from Playa Las Gemelas. Only a 15-minute taxi ride will take you to El Dorado Beach Club on Los Muertos. Puerto Vallarta offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, and beaches to choose from.
The owners of Tesoro Del Mar are from Las Vegas and each aspect of the home is furnished to the highest standard offering custom-made furnishings and top-of-the-line comfort. The villa features a high-quality fully equipped kitchen and a wonderfully decorated living area. Tesoro Del Mar also features a gym for guests to use. This amazing home is constantly being upgraded so the feeling of freshness to it is never-ending. Recently these updates have included:
• Vegetation cut back to open up the view to the ocean
• Outdoor Bar added on Covered Terrace
• Window treatments changed to white linen
• Patio/Pool Furniture cushions recovered in white Sunbrella
• Exterior/Interiors painted white
• All ceiling fans replaced
• New kitchen appliances including commercial stove, coffee maker
• New Dishware and Glassware
• Lighting added in gardens and pool

This villa is paradise. The ocean views are stunning, and the property is so peaceful. The pool and outdoor areas are perfect for lounging, and the kitchen is a dream. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We can't wait to come back!

This villa exceeded all our expectations. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were heavenly, and the outdoor bar was a fun addition.
