Located just outside of Ostuni, Villa Ludovica is a stunning property for rent for up to 12 guests. Comprised of a main villa and a separate guest annex, it offers flexibility for groups, along with plenty of entertaining and relaxation spaces.
A 15-metre swimming pool is the focal point of the outdoor space; it features a shallow section with hydromassage jets and microbubbles, vibrant night lighting. The pool terrace is decked out with lounge seating, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the rays.
Another highlight of the outdoor space is the roof terrace, which boasts a large heated Jacuzzi, where guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst taking in the spectacular views. The roof terrace also features plenty of lounge seating surrounding a gas fireplace for evenings spent under the stars.
Beside the pool is the main outdoor living area, located under a shady pergola. It comprises a comfortable lounge area, a large, wooden dining table and bar seating, as well as an outdoor kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, a gas stovetop, a wine fridge, and even a dishwasher. There's also a separate barbecue area for tasty cookouts.
There’s a second outdoor dining table located under the shade of the patio outside the annex, and plenty more spaces to relax on the patios and spacious lawn area. Moreover, younger guests will love the poolside swing and the table tennis set.
The expansive grounds are surrounded by a dry-stone wall affording guests complete privacy, and there are over 80 century-old olive trees adding to the authentic Apulian atmosphere.
Indoors, the main living area features high, arched windows to allow the sunlight to spread through the property, creating bright and airy interiors. Adjoining the spacious living area is a well-equipped indoor kitchen.
The six double bedrooms are spread throughout the main villa and the annex, all boasting en-suite facilities. There are two spacious bedrooms in the main villa, both offering direct terrace access. The annex holds four bedrooms, two of which are adjoining, and one which is located within the stone trullo.
With its spacious outdoor areas, luxurious facilities, and beautiful interiors, Villa Ludovica is the ideal choice for an Apulian escape with loved ones.

A beautiful property with so much to offer. The outdoor spaces are fantastic, especially the rooftop terrace with its heated Jacuzzi and fireplace. The pool is stunning, and the annex provides great extra space. The location is peaceful but convenient for exploring Apulia.

We had a wonderful time! The property is even better in person. The pool is fantastic, and the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped. The annex is great for larger groups, and the trullo bedroom is a unique feature. The olive trees and stone walls add to the authentic Apulian vibe.

A slice of paradise. The pool is enormous and perfect for cooling off, and the Jacuzzi on the roof is a dream. The outdoor dining areas are ideal for meals with a view. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the en-suites are a nice bonus. A fantastic place to stay!

A fantastic property for a group vacation. The pool is huge and well-maintained, and the outdoor kitchen is a great feature. The rooftop Jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing, and the bedrooms are all comfortable. The location is peaceful but close to Ostuni. Highly recommend!
