Villa Las Arenas 104 has been designed to cater to both; blending traditional Mexican architecture with contemporary sensibilities and conveniences have combined to create a villa that holds all the charm of the vibrant Mexican style with subtle additions that bring the villa into modernity, both complementing each other well.
The terrace is constructed in the form of your very own private oasis, the centrepiece being the freeform swimming pool. Surrounded by tall mature palms and a manicured garden, take refuge in the shade of the villa veranda or plunge into the cool waters of the pool on a particularly tropical day to keep the heat at bay, especially after a spell of sunbathing. Exterior lighting installed throughout the terrace and in the pool makes the prospect of a nighttime swim a tempting offer, especially as the pool features a heating option to take the chill from the waters.
Marble floors, warm colours and beautifully crafted furnishings ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enter and feel indulged from the moment they step inside. Blending indoor-outdoor living seamlessly, the great room that hosts the living area, dining area and kitchen may be extended out onto the terrace with ease. The retractable glass that hides away into the wall opens endless possibilities; enjoy the view from the comfort of the couch with the fresh breeze of the sea of Cortez flowing through the house, or take to the sun-drenched terrace, amply supplied with several comfortable seating options to kick back and relax in. Grab a sun lounger and a cool drink; the sun setting over the deep blue is an unforgettable sight. Or swap stories and chat around the fire pit in the evening after a dinner al fresco with the ambience of the crashing waves in the background. The fully equipped kitchen is suitably supplied with modern appliances and can handle any culinary challenge thrown at it; whether you cook for the villa yourself or leave it to the hands of a private chef, it is capable of some wonderful fare, with the experience of Mexican cuisine in the comfort of the villa itself. Alternatively, light the barbeque for a night of casual dining on the terrace.
No opportunity is lost for guests to marvel at the sight of the ocean; several of the bedrooms are afforded access to the terrace, the doors opening wide to enjoy the first light of the morning. Palatial beds and bedding are to be found in every room, to ensure that sleep is as effortless as it is comfortable. En-suites are afforded to each of the rooms. Three of the four bedrooms are in the main villa, with a private guest house nearby hosting the fourth bedroom.

Absolutely stunning property! The ocean views from every room were breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the terrace was pure bliss. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and the fire pit made for cozy evenings. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect vacation spot! The heated pool was a game-changer, especially for nighttime swims. The terrace was our favorite place to unwind, with comfy loungers and stunning sunsets. The location is secluded yet close enough to explore Cabo. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10!
