Dating from 1833, the stunning Villa Garrovo situated within the estate of the luxurious Villa d’Este’s, has been completely refurbished, offering a sophisticated and elegant ambience.
Boasting beautiful views over the lake and expansive gardens, the six-bedroom villa is the ideal luxury property for a summer holiday on Lake Como. Guests can relax on the veranda, surrounded by a charming hidden garden, or dine al fresco on the expansive terrace, whilst taking in lake views.
The property has extensive space spread over 700 square metres and comprises a large living area with superb chandeliers, a fireplace, and windows overlooking the lake. There is an adjacent dining area seating up to 10 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a relaxation room with a gym.
Each of the six bedrooms boasts marble-clad, en-suite bathrooms. Three rooms feature king-size beds and three feature twin beds, which can be converted to a king on request.
As part of the estate of Villa d’Este, guests at Villa Garrovo can enjoy the hotel facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa facilities, a gym, and several restaurants and bars. It is the ideal choice for those who want the luxury of a private villa whilst still enjoying the services of a top hotel.

The villa is even more beautiful in person. The lake views from the bedrooms are incredible, and the gym was a pleasant surprise. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. Can’t wait to return!

An exquisite property with so much character. The marble bathrooms and high ceilings add to the grandeur. The location is ideal for exploring Lake Como, but we often found ourselves just wanting to stay in and enjoy the villa.
