This is a sumptuous vacation resort situated on the pristine sandy beaches of the Punta Mita peninsula, home to some of the most coveted and luxurious accommodations in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit. Four Season Private Villas is the only residential community that provides its guests with full access to the entire line of exclusive services offered by the Four Seasons Hotel.
Only a five-minute walk from the resort, these beautifully-landscaped, 6,500sq ft – 8,500 sq ft homes were constructed to offer spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the nearby Marietta Islands. Each magnificently crafted, four and five-bedroom property is equipped with its own private infinity plunge pool, Jacuzzi, gourmet kitchen, outdoor grill, and spacious indoor/outdoor living spaces.

Absolutely stunning! The villa exceeded all expectations. The infinity pool overlooking the Pacific was our favorite spot. The gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill made dining in a delight.
