Welcome to Benjoli Breeze a luxurious 5-bedroom villa situated in Royal Westmoreland in the gorgeous St James, Barbados. With gorgeous views to please golfers and mariners alike, this fabulous family villa overlooks the fairway with far-reaching panoramas of the Caribbean Sea. Set in mature gardens, the colonial-style house has excellent outdoor space, from the palms and lawns of the poolside terrace to the stylishly furnished veranda and balcony above.
The villa features a spacious open plan living and dining area which provides high ceilings and ceiling fans, door leading outside to a covered open-air terrace. The terrace is perfect for dining with your family or enjoying a dinner party in the outdoor dining area which can seat up to 12.
The terrace features a large swimming pool with a generous deck area surrounded by a beautiful garden and overlooking the spectacular blue Caribbean Sea.
The property feature 5 bedrooms. From the villa’s lobby area you will find one guest bedroom, which features a twin bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens out onto the pool deck. The Master Suite and the other Guest Bedroom are found upstairs and they both offer en-suite bathrooms and king sized beds and open out onto a big private balcony. The property also includes two interconnected cottages accessed from the pool deck. One cottage has a King bed, the other has two Twin beds and both with en-suite bathrooms. The cottages each have their own private patio area to enjoy the beautiful views of the West Coast of Barbados.
Guests staying at this exceptional property also have access to full Royal Westmoreland Membership and Fairmont Beach Access, plus the use of a golf cart.

A truly luxurious escape. The villa's design is elegant, and the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation. The pool deck was our favorite spot, and the views of the Caribbean Sea were mesmerizing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This place is paradise! The open-air terrace was ideal for morning coffee and evening dinners. The master suite’s balcony offered incredible sunset views. The staff was attentive, and the golf course access was a dream for my husband. We’ll definitely be back!
